Shuck the oysters, reserving shell.
Wrap each oyster in a strip of bacon and place it on the half shell.
Top each with 1 teaspoon green pepper and 1 teaspoon green onion, and add a dash of wine.
A bit of salt and pepper is what we need and we can begin to feed.
