|Onions spring||2 , chopped|
|Red wine vinegar||125 Milliliter|
Place 6 oysters on each of 4 plates.
Combine spring onions and red wine vinegar in a food processor, process until spring onions are very finely chopped.
Place about half a teaspoon of sauce on each oyster.
