Ingredients
  Oysters 24 (On The Half Shell)
  Onions spring 2 , chopped
  Red wine vinegar 125 Milliliter
Directions

Place 6 oysters on each of 4 plates.
Combine spring onions and red wine vinegar in a food processor, process until spring onions are very finely chopped.
Place about half a teaspoon of sauce on each oyster.
