Healthy Muffin With Organic Sugar

This is a make-ahead plan so that breakfast can be fast and easy and you don't have to use boxed mix junk.
Ingredients
  Wheat 2 Cup (32 tbs) (Freshly Milled Organic Hard & Soft Wheat, White Or Red)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Baking powder 2 Teaspoon
  Organic sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Dry add-ins 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Canola oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Organic)
  Egg 1
  Extract To Taste (Any Variety)
Directions

Mix dry together in a bag - freez until using.
Mix wet in a jar and refidgerate until using.
In the morning preheat oven to 400 degrees and grease muffin tins. Combine dry & wet until just mixed, scoop into tins and cook for 20 minutes! Tah-Dah - fast and healthy home made breakfast!

Muffin Varieties would be great for my kid's breakfast. As he loves muffins very much.
