Broiled Breaded Tripe

|Tripe||1 1⁄2 Pound, cut into pieces|
|Wheat germ||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Sweet basil||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Parsley||3 Tablespoon, minced|
Blend milk, egg, oil, basil and salt together.
Dip pieces of tripe in this mixture, then in wheat germ.
Arrange in shallow pan.
Garnish with parsley.
