|Unflavored gelatin||1 Tablespoon|
|Concentrated orange juice||2 Tablespoon, thawed and frozen (No Sugar Added)|
|Boiling water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Low fat yogurt||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Plain Variety)|
|Canned mandarin orange||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), sections (No Sugar Added)|
|Granulated sugar||2 Teaspoon|
In small heatproof bowl sprinkle gelatin over orange juice and let stand to soften; add boiling water and stir until gelatin is dissolved.
In separate bowl combine yogurt, orange sections, and sugar; gently fold in juice mixture.
Rinse 2-cup mold with cold water and pour mixture into mold; cover and refrigerate until firm, about 4 hours.
To serve, unmold onto serving plate.
