Mandarin Mold

Ingredients
  Unflavored gelatin 1 Tablespoon
  Concentrated orange juice 2 Tablespoon, thawed and frozen (No Sugar Added)
  Boiling water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Low fat yogurt 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Plain Variety)
  Canned mandarin orange 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), sections (No Sugar Added)
  Granulated sugar 2 Teaspoon
Directions

In small heatproof bowl sprinkle gelatin over orange juice and let stand to soften; add boiling water and stir until gelatin is dissolved.
In separate bowl combine yogurt, orange sections, and sugar; gently fold in juice mixture.
Rinse 2-cup mold with cold water and pour mixture into mold; cover and refrigerate until firm, about 4 hours.
To serve, unmold onto serving plate.
