  Sour cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Prepared mustard 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Horseradish 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Combine ingredients, adding more horseradish if desired.
Serve cold in sauceboat with hot spinach.
