2. In a round 12 inches pie tin brush butter. Sprinkle flour very gently. Remove the excess flour.
3. Place all ingredients in a mixer bowl. Mix till the dough masses.
4. Wrap the bowl with a towel so that the flour does not scatter. Check if the mixture is crumbly and not smooth.
5. Pour the mixture in the tin. Smooth the top using a spatula.
6. Bake 60 minutes till it turns light brown.
7. Cool 10 minutes. Remove from tin.
8. Serve Torta Fregolotta at room temperature.
