Ingredients
  Boneless skinless chicken breasts 1 Pound, slightly flattened
  Honey 3 Tablespoon
  Lime juice 3 Tablespoon
  Chili garlic sauce 2 Teaspoon
  Sesame oil 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Soy sauce 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Butter lettuce leaves/Romaine lettuce leaves 16 Small
  Sliced toasted almonds 3 Tablespoon
  Torn fresh cilantro leaves 2 Tablespoon
  Sliced green onion tops 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Preheat grill to 425°F. Stir together honey, lime juice, chili garlic sauce, sesame oil and soy sauce in a medium bowl. Remove 2 tablespoons and brush over chicken. Place chicken on hot grill and cook for 8 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. Remove from grill and let cool slightly. Cut into bite-size pieces and stir into sauce; refrigerate for 10 minutes or up to 24 hours. To serve, spoon chicken into lettuce leaves and top with almonds, cilantro and green onions. Makes 4 main dish or 8 appetizer servings.
