How to cook Chicken Arroz Caldo (Pinoy style)
1 Tablespoon of fresh ginger
2 LBS of chicken breast cut into thin strips or chicken wings deboned
2 cloves of garlic
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1/4 teaspoon of garlic pepper
1/3 cup rice
2 cups of water
Add ingredients in small bowl mix well then add in pot. Let it cook over medium heat. once dish starts to boil bring lower heat. Stir occasionally. Cook dish until water has evaporated. Remove from heat serve dish.
Cook time about 25 mins for chicken if cut in small pieces.
