Pour pie filling into a square casserole dish that has been sprayed with a non-fat cooking spray.
Mix together flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and skim milk.
Sprinkle Butter Buds on top of fruit.
Pour batter mix on top of the fruit.
Sprinkle cinnamon-sugar mixture on top of the batter.
Bake at 350° F.35-40 minutes or until golden brown.
