Ingredients
  Pizza dough/1 pound frozen bread dough, defrosted 4 Cup (64 tbs), Defrosted (1 Recipe, Traditional Style)
  Flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Vegetable oil 2 Cup (32 tbs) (For Deep Frying)
  Confectioners sugar 4 Tablespoon
Directions

1. Knead dough a few times on a lightly floured board. Roll into a rectangle about 1/2 inch thick. Cut dough into 2 x 3-inch rectangles.
2. In a large saucepan or deep-fat fryer, heat oil to 350° on a deep-fat thermometer. Fry dough a few pieces at a time without crowding, turning once, until golden brown, 2 to 3 minutes. Drain on paper towels and dust with confectioners' sugar. Serve hot.
