For those who may dislike nama shoyu/braggs/tamari for whatever reason, this is a very simple recipe for making your own version in just minutes. It tastes great and you have the ability to adjust the salt to your preferences.
Ingredients
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Portabella mushrooms 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
Directions

Take all 3 ingredients in a blender and blend.

Pour in a glass and drink.
