Easy Rocky Road
|Semi sweet chocolate chips||12 Ounce (2 Cups, 1 Package)|
|Butter/Margarine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Miniature marshmallows||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Coarsely chopped nuts||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Butter 8-inch square pan.
In large microwave-safe bowl, place chocolate chips, butter and shortening.
Microwave at HIGH (100% power) 1 to 1 1/2 minutes or just until chocolate chips are melted and mixture is smooth when stirred.
Add marshmallows and nuts; blend well.
Spread evenly in prepared pan.
Cover; refrigerate until firm.
