– Preheat oven to 375 °F (190 °C).
– In a small stove-top casserole, heat milk, butter and salt and bring to a boil. Add flour and mix until dough no longer adheres to sides. Add egg and stir quickly. Remove from heat and refrigerate for 5 minutes.
– On a buttered cookie sheet, using a pastry bag and small nozzle, shape small dough balls. Bake for 5 minutes until nice and golden.
– In each bowl, place 6 to 8 profiteroles. Pour hot consomme over pastry and serve.
