Home Made Crumpets are perfect for breakfast or a quick snack. Serve toasted or pan fried with butter, jam, whipped cream, maple syrup, peanut butter or just by themselves - give it a go!

Ingredients

Plain flour 1 1/2 Cup (24 tbs)
Salt 1 Pinch
Warm milk 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Water 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Baking soda 1/4 Teaspoon ((dissolved in a 1/2 Cup of Warm Water))
Yeast mixture:
Dried yeast 7 Gram
Sugar 1/2 Teaspoon
Warm water 2 Tablespoon
