|Honey||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Or Less, If Desired)|
|Water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
Using a zigzag pattern, cut the tops off the oranges and hollow out the in sides.
Set oranges in muffin cups so they won't topple over.
Squeeze and strain the juice.
Cook honey and water in small saucepan over low heat until slightly thickened, about 15 minutes.
Add orange juice and lemon juice to the mixture.
Fill oranges and freeze.
For a festive look, top with yogurt and a cherry.
