Mango Orange Mahi-Mahi

Ingredients
  Mangoes 3 Cup (48 tbs), chopped
  Green onions 2 Small, finely chopped
  Fresh parsley 1 Tablespoon, finely minced
  Orange juice 3 Tablespoon
  Mahi mahi fillets 28 Ounce (4 6-7 Ounce)
  Non fat cooking spray 1 Tablespoon
Directions

In a medium bowl, combine the man gos, onions, parsley and orange juice.
Refrigerate.
Lightly coat the grill with cooking spray and preheat for 5 minutes.
Grill the mahi-mahi for 3-5 min utes, or until fish flakes easily.
Divide the mango salsa into 4 equal portions and serve on top of the fish.
