Mango Orange Mahi-Mahi
|Mangoes||3 Cup (48 tbs), chopped|
|Green onions||2 Small, finely chopped|
|Fresh parsley||1 Tablespoon, finely minced|
|Orange juice||3 Tablespoon|
|Mahi mahi fillets||28 Ounce (4 6-7 Ounce)|
|Non fat cooking spray||1 Tablespoon|
In a medium bowl, combine the man gos, onions, parsley and orange juice.
Lightly coat the grill with cooking spray and preheat for 5 minutes.
Grill the mahi-mahi for 3-5 min utes, or until fish flakes easily.
Divide the mango salsa into 4 equal portions and serve on top of the fish.
