Pork Stuffed Oranges (Galloping Horses)
|Minced garlic||1 Tablespoon|
|Ground pork||1 1⁄2 Pound|
|Chopped peanuts||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Ground coriander||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Dried ground chili peppers||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Anchovy paste||2 Teaspoon|
Heat the oil in a skillet; saute the garlic 2 minutes.
Add the pork, peanuts, coriander, chili peppers, anchovy paste, and salt.
Cook over low heat, stirring frequently for 15 minutes.
Cut the unpeeled oranges in four sections, leaving the skin connected at the bottom.
Take out pits.
Flatten as much as possible and stuff them with the pork mixture.
Arrange in a baking pan; bake in a 350Â° oven 10 minutes.
