Glazed Oranges And Pineapple
|Canned unsweetened pineapple slices||8 Ounce (Undrained)|
|Oranges||2 Large, peeled and sliced crosswise|
|Unsweetened orange juice||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Ground cinnamon||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
Drain pineapple, reserving juice.
Combine pineapple and orange slices in a shallow container, set aside.
Combine reserved pineapple juice and remaining ingredients in a small saucepan, bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
Boil mixture 1 minute, remove from heat, and pour over pineapple and oranges.
