Orange Mallow

Ingredients
  Marshmallows/3 cups miniature marshmallows 32 Large
  Grated orange peel 1 Teaspoon
  Orange juice 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Chilled whipping cream/About 2 ounces dessert topping mix 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Stir together marshmallows, orange peel and juice in saucepan.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until marshmallows are melted.
Chill until thickened.
In chilled bowl, beat cream until stiff.
Blend in marshmallow mixture.
Pour into square pan, 8x8x2 inches.
Freeze about 4 hours or until firm.
