Fruit Dessert Orange

  Oranges 6 Medium
  Frozen apple juice concentrate 12 Ounce
  Unsweetened pineapple slices 6
  Fresh mint sprigs 1

Remove thin strips of rind from 4 oranges; set aside.
Peel remainder of membrane from oranges.
Peel remaining 2 oranges; cover oranges and chill.
Combine reserved rind strips and apple juice concentrates in a small saucepan; bring to a boil.
Reduce heat to medium and cook 7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Remove from heat; cool.
Place a pineapple slice on each individual serving dish.
Cut oranges cross wise into Winch slices; stack each orange in original shape, and secure with wooden picks.
Place an orange on each pineapple slice.
Spoon one-sixth of the syrup mixture over each orange.
Garnish with mint.
