Simple Orange Bowknots

Ingredients
  Milk 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs), scalded
  Butter 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sugar 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Yeast packet 1
  Eggs 2 , beaten
  Orange juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Orange rind 2 Tablespoon, grated
  Flour 5 Cup (80 tbs)
Directions

Combine milk, butter, sugar and salt; cool to luke- warm.
Add yeast, eggs, orange juice and rind; beat well.
Mix in flour; let stand for 10 minutes.
Knead on lightly floured board.
Place in greased bowl; cover.
Place in refrigerator until ready to use.
Roll out to 1/2-inch thickness.
Cut in long strips; tie in knots.
Place on baking sheet.
Let rise for about 4 hours or until doubled in bulk.
Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes.
Spread with orange topping if desired.
