Orange Cream

Ingredients
  Oranges 2 Large
  Caster sugar 1 Ounce
  Sour cream 16 Ounce (2 Cartons)
  Sponge biscuit fingers 20
Directions

MAKING
1) Grate the rind of one orange in a bowl
2) Slice thinly twos slices of the orange for decoration and keep aside
3) Cut the orange in half and squeeze the juice
4) Add the orange juice, sour cream, orange rind and the sugar together in a bowl
5) Arrange the sponge finger biscuits inside 4 glasses
6) Pour in the orange mixture
7) Decorate with the halved slice of orange and place in the refrigerator to chill

SERVING
8) Serve chilled
