Sliced Oranges and Honeydew with Cointreau
|Navel oranges||3 Large, chilled|
|Honeydew melon||1⁄2 Large, chilled|
|Cointreau/Other orange liqueur||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
1 Peel the oranges and slice crosswise.
2 Peel the honeydew and slice crosswise into 1/8-inch-thick slices.
3 Cut the orange slices into 2-inch pieces.
4 In a large chilled bowl, layer oranges and melon.
5 Pour Cointreau over all.
6 Place in the refrigerator and chill until serving.
7 Serve chilled.
