Rhubarb And Orange Crumble

Ingredients
  Rhubarb 1 Pound, cut into 1 inch
  Orange juice 3 Tablespoon
  Brown sugar 2 Ounce
For crumble
  Butter/Margarine 2 Ounce
  Flour 4 Ounce
  Caster sugar 1 Ounce
Directions

MAKING
1) In a microwavable container, place together the rhubarb, orange juice and sugar.
2) Put the lid and cook for 5 minutes, stirring once.
Crumble:
3) In a bowl, beat together butter with flour until the mixture resembles grainy.
4) Mix in the sugar.
5) Smear the mixture over the rhubarb.
6) Cook without lid for 4 minutes.

SERVING
7) Serve dredged with a little brown sugar to serve, or brown lightly under a hot grill.
8) Serve whipped cream or custard sauce on top if desired.
