Triple O Salad (Orange, Onion And Olive)

Ingredients
  Bermuda onion 1 Large, cut into 8 thin slices
  Oranges 2 Large, peeled and cut into 6 slices each
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Oregano 1⁄8 Teaspoon, crushed
  Vegetable oil 2 Tablespoon
  Orange juice 1 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Ripe olives 2 Tablespoon, sliced
  Freshly ground black pepper To Taste
Directions

MAKING
1 In a glassdish, place onion and oranges.
2 In a bowl, combine salt, oregano, oil, orange, and lemon juice.
3 Pour over the onion and oranges.
4 Marinate for about 15 minutes.

SERVING
5 On the beds of crisp lettuce, arrange oranges and onion alternating 3 orange slices and 2 onion slices per serving.
6 Top with olives.
7 Spoon on the marinade.
8 Generously sprinkle with pepper.
