|Skim milk||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Granulated sugar||2 Teaspoon|
|Ice||1 Cup (16 tbs), crushed|
|Fresh orange juice||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Orange rind||2 Teaspoon, grated|
1 In a shaker or fruit jar, put milk, sugar, and ice.
2 Shake well.
3 Add in orange juice and rind.
4 Shake vigorously.
5 Serve at once.
If orange juice is very tart, more sugar may be added.
