Badminton Cup

Ingredients
  Claret 750 Milliliter (1 Bottle)
  Soda water 1500 Milliliter (2 Bottles)
  Lemon 1 , juiced and peel separated
  Cucumber slice 3
  Icing sugar 3 Ounce
  Curacao 3 Fluid Ounce (3/4 Gill, Brown Variety)
  Ice 1 Tablespoon (As Needed, Chips)
Directions

MAKING
1. Into a large bowl, pour Claret and add sugar.
2. Add Lemon Juice and Brown Curacao; stir well.

FINALISING
3. Place bowl over ice chips for about 30 minutes until cold.

SERVING
4. Into a large tumbler, strain the mixture.
5. Add soda water to fill tumbler.
6. Garnish top with lemon rind and cucumber slices.
