1. In a saucepan, boil water, add rice and allow to cook until tender. Drain and allow to cool. Set aside.
2. In a bowl, add yogurt, honey, lemon juice, rind and mix well.
3. Add in the cooked rice, chopped orange and banana, mix gently.
4. Onto dessert dishes, spoon the mixture and chill.
5. Serve chilled.
