Orange Rice Dessert

Ingredients
Rice - 1 bag
Vanilla flavored yogurt - 1 cup
Honey - 1/4 cup
Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
Orange rind - 1 tablespoon grated
Orange- 1, peeled, sectioned and chopped
Banana - 1, peeled and sliced
Directions

GETTING READY
1. In a saucepan, boil water, add rice and allow to cook until tender. Drain and allow to cool. Set aside.

MAKING
2. In a bowl, add yogurt, honey, lemon juice, rind and mix well.
3. Add in the cooked rice, chopped orange and banana, mix gently.

FINALISING
4. Onto dessert dishes, spoon the mixture and chill.

SERVING
5. Serve chilled.
