Mandarin Kabobs

Ingredients
  Honey 2 Tablespoon, warmed
  Water 2 Tablespoon
  Mandarin orange sections 24
  Sesame seeds 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Mint leaves 20
Directions

MAKING
1) In a small bowl, mix the honey and water together.
2) Coat orange sections thoroughly with the mixture then roll them in sesame seeds.
3) Thread 6 orange sections on each of the 4 skewers, alternately with mint leaves.
4) Refrigerate for several hours before serving.

SERVING
5) Serve the chilled Mandarin Kabobs on dessert plates.
