Orange Pineapple Fluff
|Butter cookies||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Orange gelatin||1 Tablespoon|
|Drained crushed pineapple||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Heavy cream||1 Cup (16 tbs), whipped (1/8 Pint)|
Line bottoms and sides of dessert dishes with cookies.
Pre- pare the package of orange gelatin dessert according to direc- tions on package.
Chill until thick and syrupy, then whip with a rotary egg beater until frothy.
Fold in the crushed pineapple and then the whipped cream.
Pile lightly on top of cookies in dessert dishes.
