Mango And Orange Snow

Ingredients
  Unflavored gelatin 5 Tablespoon (5 Envelopes)
  Cold water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Hot water 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Orange rind 1 Teaspoon, grated
  Grated orange rind 1 Teaspoon
  Frozen orange juice 12 Ounce (1 Can)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
  Mango 1 Large
  Whipped cream 500 Milliliter (2 Cups)
Directions

MAKING
1.In a saucepan take some cold water and add the gelatin.
2.Let stand for 5 minutes.
3.Add in the hot water and the sugar.
4.Stir until sugar and gelatin dissolves over medium heat.
5.Mix in salt, vanilla, orange rind and juice.
6.Refrigerate to get a syrupy consistency.
7.Cut mango into small pieces.
8. Mix in with the gelatin mixture.
9. Add in the whipped cream.
10.Take a mold or serving bolw and transfer contents into it.
11. Refrigerate.

SERVING
12. Serve chilled.
