|Butter||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Sugar||1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)|
|Orange rind||2 Tablespoon, grated|
|All purpose flour||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
|Cardamom seeds||1⁄2 Teaspoon, crushed|
|Nuts||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), ground|
|Orange juice||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
1.Preheat oven to 425 degrees F or 220 degrees C.
2.Combine butter and sugar to get a light and fluffy mixture.
3.Add in orange rind and mix.
4.Sift the dry ingredients together and add to the butter mixture.
5.Add in crushed cardamom, orange juice and the nuts. Blend well.
6.Roll out to 1/4 inch thickness and cut into desired shapes.
7. Place on buttered cookie sheet.
8. Bake for 5 mintues.
9. Serve with milk.
