Orange Pressed Tuna
|Tuna steaks||24 Ounce (4 Pieces, 6 Ounce Each)|
|Fresh parsley sprig||1 , finely minced|
|Black pepper||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Nonfat cooking spray||4|
1.Coat grill with cooking spray.
2. Preheat grill for 5 minutes.
3.Take the orange and peel it.Make slices of 1/4 inch thickness.
4.Put the tuna in the grill and season with parsleu, pepper and salt.
5.Place the orange slices over the tuna to cover it.
6.Grill tuna for 6 to 8 minutes until fish begins to flake easily.
7.Throw away the orange slices.
8. Serve hot.
