  Frozen unsweetened orange juice concentrate 1 Tablespoon, defrosted, undiluted
  Egg 1
  Ice cold skim milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Ice cubes 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1) In a blender, add all the ingredients.
2) Blend to a smooth paste.

SERVING
3) Garnish with fresh orange wedges.
