Pineapple Orange Shrub

Ingredients
  Frozen concentrated pineapple juice 6 Ounce (1 Can)
  Water 8 Ounce
  Orange sherbet 1⁄2 Pint
Directions

MAKING
1. In an electric blender, pour in the frozen pineapple concentrate with water. Blend well.
2. Add the orange sherbet and blend for another ½ a minute until frothy.
3. Pour into a juice glasses topping with a drizzle of sherbet and a fresh mint srig leaf
SERVING
4. Serve chilled .
