Whole Plaice with Orange
|Whole plaice||8 Ounce (1 Plaice, 225 Gram)|
|Seasoned flour||1 Teaspoon|
|Butter||1 Ounce (25 Gram)|
|Orange juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Chopped fresh parsley||1 Teaspoon|
|Freshly ground black pepper||To Taste|
1) Smear the plaice with the seasoned flour.
2) In a small frying pan, saute the plaice gently for about 10 min, turning just once; Place the fish on a warmed plate, lay the orange slices over it and keep warm.
3) In the pan, add the orange juice, parsley, salt and pepper and allow to boil, stirring occasionally.
4) Pour the sauce on the plaice and serve immediately.
