Ingredients
  Whipping cream 375 Milliliter
  Vanilla extract 5 Milliliter
  Crushed macaroons 250 Milliliter
  Crushed pineapple 250 Milliliter, well drained
  Confectionery sugar 125 Milliliter
  Dessert crepes 12 (Crepe Batter)
  Redcurrant preserve 125 Milliliter, heated
Directions

Whip the cream with the vanilla, fold in the macaroons, pineapple and sugar.
Spread on the crepes and roll.
Brush crepes with red currant preserves and serve.
