|Nonfat dry milk powder||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Ice water||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Unsweetened orange juice concentrate||6 Ounce, thawed|
|Water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Whip dry milk powder with 2/3 cup ice water to soft peaks.
Stir in juice concentrate and 1 cup water.
Pour into 6 popsicle molds and freeze firm.
