Ingredients
  Half and half 500 Milliliter
  Vanilla extract 5 Milliliter
  Egg yolks 5
  Granulated sugar 125 Milliliter
  All purpose flour 60 Milliliter
  Butter 15 Milliliter
  Dessert crepes 16 (Using Crepe Batter)
  Orange brandy sauce 500 Milliliter
Directions

In a double boiler heat the cream and vanilla.
Beat the egg yolks with the sugar, slowly add to the hot cream.
Cream the flour with the butter, beat into the cream and strain through a sieve.
Beat to cool then chill.
Spread the cream over the crepes and roll.
Place on serving plates and pour orange sauce over.
Serve.
