|Finely shredded orange peel||2 Teaspoon|
|Water||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Amaretto liqueur||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Whipping cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), whipped|
Combine coffee and orange peel; in a 6-cup percolator brew for 6 to 8 minutes with 3 cups water.
Remove and discard coffee grounds.
Stir Amaretto into brewed .
Pour into 6 coffee cups.
Top each with a dollop of whipped cream.
