Stir Fried Pork With Oranges And Snow Peas

Ingredients
  Uncooked rice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Vegetable oil 1 Tablespoon
  Lean boneless pork 1 Pound, cut into 1/4-inch strips
  Snow peas 1⁄2 Pound, trimmed
  Bottled stir fry sauce 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Thawed frozen orange juice concentrate 2 Tablespoon
  Canned mandarin orange sections 11 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
Directions

Cook rice according to package directions.
Heat oil in wok or large skillet over high heat until hot.
Stir-fry pork 3 minutes or until brown.
Add snow peas; stir-fry 2 minutes or until crisp-tender.
Add sauce and juice concentrate; stir until well blended.
Gently stir in orange sections; heat through.
Serve with rice.
