Stir Fried Pork With Oranges And Snow Peas
|Uncooked rice||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Vegetable oil||1 Tablespoon|
|Lean boneless pork||1 Pound, cut into 1/4-inch strips|
|Snow peas||1⁄2 Pound, trimmed|
|Bottled stir fry sauce||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Thawed frozen orange juice concentrate||2 Tablespoon|
|Canned mandarin orange sections||11 Ounce, drained (1 Can)|
Cook rice according to package directions.
Heat oil in wok or large skillet over high heat until hot.
Stir-fry pork 3 minutes or until brown.
Add snow peas; stir-fry 2 minutes or until crisp-tender.
Add sauce and juice concentrate; stir until well blended.
Gently stir in orange sections; heat through.
Serve with rice.
