|Sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Lemon rind||1 , cut in strips and bitter white part removed|
|Orange rind||1 , cut in strips and bitter white part removed|
|Water||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Orange juice||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Vodka/Club soda||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Bottled lemon juice||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Red seedless grapes||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
1. Combine the sugar, the 1 cup water and the lemon and orange rinds in a small saucepan. Bring to boiling and boil for 8 to 10 minutes or until the sugar dissolves and the mixture is syrupy. Remove and discard the rinds. Cool the syrup to room temperature.
2. Pour the cooled syrup into a large pitcher. Stir in the 3 cups water, orange juice, vodka or club soda and bottled lemon juice; blend well. Add ice cubes to chill.
3. To serve, pour the mixture into stemmed glasses. Garnish with small clusters of red seedless grapes or other fresh fruit, cut up in small pieces, if you wish.
