Orange Roughy & Tomatoes

Ingredients
  Orange roughy fillets 1 Pound, halved (2 Pieces)
  Herb oil 1 Tablespoon
  Savory seasonings fish blend 1 Teaspoon
  Cherry tomatoes 10 Small, halved
  Butter/Margarine 1 Tablespoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Vinegar 1 Tablespoon (Basil Garden Blend)
  Savory seasonings garden blend 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Preheat oven to broil.
Arrange fillets on broiler pan.
Brush herb oil over fish; sprinkle on Fish Blend.
Broil 8 to 10 minutes per inch of thickness or until fish flakes and becomes white.
Prepare tomatoes; combine with remaining ingredients in medium saucepan.
Cook over medium heat 5 to 8 minutes or until tomatoes pop and are tender.
Using a wide spatula, remove fish to serving plate; spoon tomato mixture evenly over each fillet.
