Baked Snapper A La Orange
|Onion||1 Small, finely chopped|
|Parsley flakes||1 Tablespoon|
|Soft bread crumbs||2 Cup (32 tbs) (4 Slices Bread)|
|Whole red snappers||3 Pound, dressed and heads removed (2 Pieces, 1 1/2 Pound Each)|
|Canned frozen orange juice concentrate||6 Ounce (1 Can)|
Slice 1/2 orange; peel and chop remaining half.
In small glass bowl, combine butter, onion, parsley, basil and pepper.
Heat at high2 1/2 to 3 minutes or until onion is tender; stir in bread crumbs and chopped orange.
In 2-quart oblong dish, arrange fish; season inside with salt.
Stuff cavity with bread crumb mixture.
TO HEAT BY AUTO SENSOR: Top fish with orange slices; pour orange juice over fish.
Cover completely with plastic wrap.
Heat on COOK A4.
After heating, release plastic wrap.
