Baked Snapper A La Orange

Ingredients
  Orange 1 Medium
  Butter/Margarine 6 Tablespoon
  Onion 1 Small, finely chopped
  Parsley flakes 1 Tablespoon
  Basil 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Soft bread crumbs 2 Cup (32 tbs) (4 Slices Bread)
  Whole red snappers 3 Pound, dressed and heads removed (2 Pieces, 1 1/2 Pound Each)
  Salt To Taste
  Canned frozen orange juice concentrate 6 Ounce (1 Can)
Directions

Slice 1/2 orange; peel and chop remaining half.
In small glass bowl, combine butter, onion, parsley, basil and pepper.
Heat at high2 1/2 to 3 minutes or until onion is tender; stir in bread crumbs and chopped orange.
In 2-quart oblong dish, arrange fish; season inside with salt.
Stuff cavity with bread crumb mixture.
TO HEAT BY AUTO SENSOR: Top fish with orange slices; pour orange juice over fish.
Cover completely with plastic wrap.
Heat on COOK A4.
After heating, release plastic wrap.
