Orange Gelatin Cream

Ingredients
  Unflavored gelatin 1⁄2 Ounce (2 Envelopes, 0.25 Ounce Each)
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Frozen orange juice concentrate 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
  Evaporated skimmed milk 1 Cup (16 tbs), chilled
Directions

In saucepan soften gelatin in water.
Heat, stirring until gelatin is dissolved.
Stir in orange juice concentrate and lemon juice.
Chill until syrupy.
In bowl whip milk until peaks form, fold into gelatin mixture.
Transfer to 6-cup mold or 4 individual 1 1/2-cup molds.
Chill until firm.
Unmold and sprinkle with nutmeg if desired.
Divide evenly.
