Minted Orange Lemon Fizz

Ingredients
  Water 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)
  Sugar 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Packed mint leaves 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Grated orange rind 1 Tablespoon
  Unsweetened orange juice 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Fresh lemon juice 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Lemon flavored sparkling water 2 Cup (32 tbs), chilled
Directions

Combine 1 1/4 cups water and sugar in a small saucepan; cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until sugar dissolves.
Remove from heat, and let cool completely.
Combine sugar mixture, 1/2 cup mint leaves, orange rind, orange juice, and lemon juice.
Cover and chill.
Pour mixture through a wire-mesh strainer into a pitcher, discarding mint and orange rind.
Just before serving, stir in sparkling water.
Serve over ice.
Garnish with fresh mint sprigs, if desired.
