Baked Orange Pineapple
|Sugar||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Margarine||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (1 Stick, At Room Temperature)|
|Canned mandarin oranges||22 Ounce, drained (2 Cans, 11 Ounce Each)|
|Canned crushed unsweetened pineapple||8 1⁄4 Ounce, drained|
|White bread slice||6 , crusts removed, cubed|
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Grease 1 3/4 quart baking dish.
Cream sugar and margarine in large bowl until fluffy
Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Stir in oranges, pineapple and bread and blend well.
Turn into dish and bake until golden, about 1 hour
