|Lime juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Rum extract||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Coconut extract||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Aromatic bitters||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
1 Section oranges, working over a small bowl to catch juice. Sprinkle orange sections with sugar; toss lightly to coat sections.
2 Combine lime juice, water, rum and coconut extracts and bitters in a cup; pour over oranges. Toss lightly until well mixed. Chill at least 2 hours to blend flavors.
