Orange Fool

Ingredients
  Eggs 3 , beaten
  Light cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Orange peel 1⁄2 Teaspoon, grated
  Orange juice 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Ground nutmeg 1 Dash
  Butter 1 Teaspoon
Directions

In saucepan combine eggs, cream, orange peel, orange juice, sugar, and nutmeg; cook and stir over low heat till mixture thickens slightly and coats a metal spoon, about 7 minutes (do not overcook).
Remove from heat; stir in butter till melted.
Pour into dessert dishes.
Chill.
